Wedding Planner Fees

Each event that we co-ordinate is individual, so our proposal will reflect the amount of work involved. Our fees are usually based on a fixed rate (minimum £750) but as a guide line, these tend to be between 8-15% of your budget. By working on a fixed rate basis you can be assured that there is no financial advantage to us in increasing your budget.

By using our contacts, and negotiating on your behalf, any savings that we are able to secure will be made fully visible in our reporting and will, of course, be passed on to you. The savings that we secure could even be enough to cover our fee!

"On the day" prices start at £250.

Payments

Just Occasions fee:

• 50% on signed approval
• 30% 5 months before the event
• 20% (balance) 2 weeks before the event

Just Occasions will work to the agreed plan. However, in the event of an increase in the clients requirements, the Just Occasions fees will be recalculated and charges be made to bring the payment plan back into line with the required timescales as detailed above. Any increases will be documented and require signed approval by the client.

Supplier fees:

Just Occasions will endeavour to detail payment timescales required by suppliers in the initial payment plan. Payments may be made by the client directly to the supplier or via Just Occasions.

All deposits are non refundable.
